I've been making this for years now. Very impressive at parties, delicious and so easy to do. Does take a little time though.

I love making cheesecakes of any size or type. This is one of the best that I have made. I took it to work for my supervisor's birthday and the compliments were many. I would not say that this is an easy cheesecake to make...but it is the best! I am making one for our 4th of July party this Sunday...it is sure to be a hit...

Super easy to make, I made a "real one" and a itty bitty one, it was excellent! I am sure the 2 "real ones" I have made will be hit on Christmas Dinner!
