Lemon Chicken Stroganoff

Ingredients

box Hamburger Helper® stroganoff

cups milk

cup hot water

tablespoons lemon juice

teaspoon dried dill weed

bag (12 oz) Green Giant™ Steamers™ frozen broccoli cuts, thawed

cups cubed deli rotisserie chicken (from 2- to 2 1/2-lb chicken)
Lemon slices, if desired
  • 1 In 10-inch nonstick skillet, mix uncooked noodles and sauce mix (from Hamburger Helper box), milk, hot water, lemon juice and dill weed. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
  • 2 Stir in broccoli and chicken; cook 2 to 3 minutes longer or until broccoli and chicken are hot. Remove from heat.
  • 3 Cover; let stand 5 minutes (sauce will thicken as it stands). Top with lemon slices.
