I made this and thought it was great! I will try it with chicken as one person suggested since I have chicken more than turkey.

I eyeballed all the amounts, but probably close to doubled everything. All but one of my family of five liked it a lot.

We ate half of it for dinner. I took the other half and divided into 4 squares. I put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of all 4 squares. I stacked them so I wound up with 2 dbl deckers. The next day I microwaved the 2 dbl deckers for 45-60 seconds long enough to re-heat & melt the cheese. DELICIOUS!

Great recipe except it's impossible to bring the mixture to a boil with only 1/2 cup of gravy! I increased the gravy to 2 cups and added 1/2 cup extra of the Turkey for a total of 2 cups. It was great!

This is an AWESOME recipe! It turned out absolutely delicious; hubby went bonkers over it. While I will definitely make it many more times, I think next time I'll substitute the Pillsbury "Grands" biscuits for the crescent rolls, just for a fun change. Excellent recipe, and great use of leftovers.
