Ingredients

: 1 - Pillsbury® Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls 8 oz (8 ct)

: Leftover Chicken Breast , 6 to 8oz

: Fresh Mozzarella Balls, Use 1 ball

: Jar of Sweet Peppers, Use 4 to 8 slices

: Tomato Sauce, 4 tablespoons

: Sea Salt

: Fresh Ground Pepper

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees(F). Grease cookie sheet. Unroll each individual crescent roll, laying them flat on cookie sheet.
2 Dice chicken into extra small pieces. Scoop small amount on to wide end of roll.
3 Slice one fresh mozzarella ball into 8 slices. Lay one slice on top of chicken on each roll.
4 Slice the sweet red peppers and put on top of chicken for each roll.
5 Next spoon small amount of tomato sauce on top of the mix for each roll.
6 Next put a little sea salt and fresh ground pepper on each roll.
7 Carefully roll the wide end over with the mix until all dough is rolled up.
8 If any of the ingredients fall out just stuff it back in.
9 (Optional) Fold end over to create little pockets. Make sure rolls are evenly spaced on sheet.
10 Bake for 17 minutes or until desired golden brown.
11 Take out and cool for 3 minutes. Then enjoy!
