EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Cook the lasagna noodles in a large, broad pot, such as a dutch oven. Keep the water boiling and stir occasionally so the noodles do not stick. Carefully pour the noodles into a large colander. Lasagna noodles are heavy but tear easily.

Breadsticks or bread and a tossed salad are simple accompaniments to serve with this lasagna. Bake a batch of sugar cookies to enjoy as a special treat after dinner.

Great recipe! Just the thing to make if you want a low fat dish without adding vegetables like spinach. My son (a picky eater) had two servings.
