I made a tray with the dressing on the side as a dip also. I used real whipping cream, I think it tastes better. I doubled the dressing recipe. Some for home, some for work. My son loved it as did all of my co-workers. It was a huge hit. I sent out many copies of the recipe.

This is one of my ALL-TIME Favorite recipes!! I do it a little differently, but it is much prettier to create it in a Trifle Bowl. I make a fruit platter with various favorites such as pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, mango, kiwi, grapes, apple, etc. I make the dip and put it in the middle of the fruit. At times I have used gel dyes to tint the mixture to match the theme of the party. It is AMAZING! I have some in my fridge now!

I made this for a crowd of 28 and had the fruit in a separate bowl from the cream cheese mixture. The next time I make this, I will do what another person did, make it with Cool Whip and use cream cheese that is already softened. I had a lot of things going that day & didn't soften the cream cheese enough and it was a little lumpy. It still tasted good, but not the texture I wanted. I'm not a big fan of honeydew, so I added other fruit too. My husband loved it.

I made this recipe and it was amazing! I did not have a triffle bowl, so I made a fruit platter. I served it in a bowl, in the center of the plate. Everyone loved it!

In an effort to save a little time and effort, I substituted cool whip for whipping cream. It was still fantastic! My 7 year old loved it, especially on strawberries!
