Ingredients

cup chunky-style salsa

teaspoon sugar

teaspoons chili powder
1
bag (10 oz) mixed salad greens (8 cups loosely packed)

cup diced cooked chicken
1
container (8 oz) fat-free sour cream
1
cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (4 oz)

tablespoons sliced ripe olives (from 3.8 oz can), drained
1
cup broken baked tortilla chips

Directions

  1. 1 In small bowl, mix salsa, sugar and chili powder.
  2. 2 In 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish, arrange salad greens. Top with chicken. Spoon salsa mixture evenly over chicken. Top with spoonfuls of sour cream. Sprinkle with cheese, olives and chips. Serve immediately.
