Dressing

container (6 oz) piña colada low-fat yogurt

Salad

cups shredded romaine lettuce

cups cubed cooked chicken

can (15 oz) black beans, drained, rinsed

cup chopped seeded plum (Roma) tomatoes (2 to 3 medium)

cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (4 oz)

cup thinly sliced green onions (8 medium)

Directions

  1. 1 In small bowl, mix dressing ingredients until well blended.
  2. 2 In 3- or 4-quart clear glass serving bowl, layer salad ingredients except almonds in order listed. Spoon dressing evenly over salad; sprinkle with almonds.
