I wasn't crazy about this recipe. I added 1/4 cup water along with the gravy when I made it just because it was too thick. I will possibly make this again, but the next time I will use cheddar cheese instead of swiss, peas & carrots intead of mixed veggies, and regular hashbrown potatoes instead of the O'Brien variety.
