This was so good and tasty! It makes a smaller amount than you think though and I have no idea why they say to use 12x8" pan. I hardly had enough ingredients to cover the bottom, considering I had to layer the ingredients. It is fine for 2 0r 3 people. But that's about it. I loved the mushrooms and fresh spinach! I was strongly recommend using a smaller pan to bake this recipe in. zi also think this recipe would be good doubled.
