Looks good. I'm thinking ground turkey, low sodium sauce, some spinach and lowfat cheese and biscuits. Recipe made-over! I wonder how they'd freeze....

Sounds good, but -- 1430 mg. of sodium per serving? Not for me.

It would be nice to see some healthy ingredient exchanges with nutrition information. These are all too high calorie high carb high fat for most

This was super easy to prepare and sooo very tasty! I added a clove of garlic just to give it a little kick but other than that I stayed to the recipe!
