can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® Homestyle refrigerated Southern style biscuits (8 biscuits)

thick slices bacon

large tomatoes
8
thick slices cooked turkey breast
1 1/2
cups finely shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend (6 oz)

  • 1 Bake biscuits as directed on can.
  • 2 Meanwhile, cut bacon slices in half; cook or microwave until crisp. Cut each tomato into 4 thick slices.
  • 3 When biscuits are baked, increase oven temperature to 400°F.
  • 4 Using fork, split warm biscuits. Place bottom halves of biscuits on ungreased cookie sheet. Top each biscuit half with 1 slice turkey breast, 2 tablespoons shredded cheese, 1 slice tomato, 1 half-slice bacon and 1 more tablespoon shredded cheese.
  • 5 Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted. To serve, cover each hot brown with top half of biscuit.

Expert Tips

For convenience, use thickly sliced turkey from your grocer’s deli.

For a spicy twist, use pepper Jack cheese instead of the Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend, and a spicy Cajun turkey from your grocer’s deli.
