lbs keilbasa
1
bag wide egg noodles
1
frozen bag vegetables (favorite kin)
italian salad dressing not light of creamy
1
pkg instant salad dressing mix
1
tablespoon lemon juice
1
small package sour cream
equal amount mayonaise

  • 1 Mix together instant salad dressing mix, lemon juice, sour cream and mayonaise to make dip.
  • 2 Refrigerate dip.
  • 3 Cut keilbasa lenth wise then in chunks put in fry pan.
  • 4 Add italian dressing to keilbasa.
  • 5 Cook till lightly brown, drain and keep warm.
  • 6 In separate pan cook noodles.
  • 7 Add vegetables to noodles 2 -3 before done.
  • 8 Drain and add butter or oil to keep from sticking.
  • 9 Place noodle mixture on plate.
  • 10 Top with keilbasa.
  • 11 Drizzle with homemade dip.
