Yum! These looked just like the picture and were very yummy! I'm a vegetarian so I made some Fantastic Foods brand veggie sloppy joe mix according to the package directions. It only made enough for six "burger" cups but they were awesome! I added a 1/4 slice of a Kraft Single (cheese) to each cup before I put the biscuit tops on them for a little extra flavor. I will be making these again! :)

These are fun, delicious & my family loved them. For the lady who said they were too sweet....the recipe calls for DILL relish, not sweet...dill is better. They even go into lunches really well.

I made these last night and my family loved them. I didn't have all of the ingredients but they were still great. I used ground turkey instead of ground beef, no cream cheese so I used shredded cheese and instead of onion powder, I used some frozen onions and bell peppers. Next time I will use less relish because the meat mixture came out too sweet. I used the reduced fat wheat grands instead of the buttery ones. I know I made a lot of substitutions but my kids loved it. I put too much meat in some of the biscuits so they didn't seal all the way but they still looked good.

These were easy and GOOD. Something a little different to mix in with the normal dinners. These are great with a salad, makes a nice meal

I can’t wait to try this flavor combination. I’ve used a can of Manwich (sloppy joe) to season my meat and I’ve also used BBQ pulled pork in them. I’ve even used all sorts of pizza toppings to fill them. I usually leave them open face just pushing the biscuit in the muffin pan and filling them but I think adding the top would make it more like a burger and a dinner meal.

Oh yeah, and i didn't have cream cheese so I skipped that step. Instead, I cut a half brick of colby cheese into teeny little cubes and stirred them in until they just started to melt. Nice cheesy surprise in every bite!

I'm having a party in a couple of weeks so I thought I'd try this out before hand. LOVE!!!!!!!!! I made them with mini biscuits instead in a mini muffin tin (appetizers!) and they're adorable. I used ground sirloin. I didn't have sesame seeds so I used poppy seeds instead. I also browned the beef with some minced onion instead of onion powder and added a bit of garlic powder. SO YUMMY and they're so freaking cute in mini form! Definitely making these for the party.

I look forward to trying this recipe, but I do not have a jumbo muffin tin. Could I use a regular size?
