I like to cook with ground beef but get tired of the same old hamburgers, tacos, etc. This recipe has familiar, yummy flavors but the biscuit wrapping makes it seem like something special and new.

This was a big hit with my family, even better as left overs...if there are any!

Very easy to make, remarkably tasty. Great dish for a family of four - we thoroughly enjoyed them. Super to freeze left-overs for a quick easy warm up dinner.

Super easy to make and wonderful flavor. Freeze the left-overs for another night. To serve myself and husband I cut the recipe in half.

Made these for dinner tonight and they weren't bad. Next time i'd leave out the relish and cut back on the mustard. I was wondering if you could switch the regular cream cheese with the either the cooking creme or the flavored whipped cream cheese. I might try that next time. glad i finally got around to making these and now i can't wait to try them again - with my little tweaks! :)

Not bad at all and my family enjoyed them! Went exactly by the recipe and think that next time I'll use less mustard and toss in a bit of shredded cheddar. Very glad I tried this recipe; LOVE cooking anything with Grands!

Loved the idea! Didn't really love the filling. Could have used alot less mustard. I wanted to go completely by the recipe but halfway through I tryed to change it. Couldn't really fix the mustard and dill taste. Next time i'll make it like a meatloaf mixture! Loved the pastry idea!!

We loved it. My college age son helped me prepare the meat mixture. He went gaga over it. Says he'd like to keep some mixed up to put on bread, toast, tortilla wraps. He wants to try a shredded cheese like cheddar to make a gooier filling for the "muffins."

These are great. I left out the mustard because my family hates it and used sweet relish. They were delicious I have made them 8 times since.
