It's an odd mix of ingredients (pumpkin pie spice(!)) but surprisingly it was tasty. I used breast tenderloins instead of thighs. I also suggest cutting the sweet potatoes into smaller pieces so they'll cook more thorough and possibly double the lime/honey for the glaze. I think it could've used a little more salt, but I didn't do EXACT measurements for the salt. (I am a 'dash of this, pinch of that' cook). Maybe we eat more than most, but it seemed to be 3 servings for us. I didn't add any other sides. I'll probably make this again.
