This turned out really, really good! I used jalapeno peppers that had been de-seeded and frozen, sliced them and let them drain on paper towels. I did not cut the loaf down the middle but instead unrolled it. I had to bake it an extra 10-15 mins. to get it golden brown. We had it with spaghetti. Delish!
