Directions

  • 1 Cut tops off of all jalapenos. Then cut length wise.
  • 2 Scoop out the seeds, and if you like it less hot, the veins, of the jalapenos.
  • 3 Fill each jalapeno half with cream cheese.
  • 4 In the meantime, fry up some bacon (you can also wrap the jalapeno in it if you don't want it as crunchy, see picture).
  • 5 After the bacon has cooked, chop fine and sprinkle into the cream cheese stuffed jalapenos.
  • 6 Wrap all of the stuffed jalapenos in Pillsbury crescent rolls (just like pigs in a blanket.)
  • 7 Brush all with melted butter.
  • 8 Preheat oven like directions on crescent roll package and bake until golden brown.
