the pinwheels were a big hit at our community get together.
the other reviews were very helpful.
i used a boneless breast(3/4 cup)that i seasoned before cooking so i didn't add any salt.
after making the rolls i froze them to make the cutting easier and to produce more pinwheel-like product.
i used all of the cream cheese(8 oz)and chopped celery leaves(can't stand cilantro)and green chiles (did not have jalapenos)
when i make them again i will use non-stick foil because they stuck to the pan whether i greased it or not
the left over mixture is great on crackers

Loved! We have also placed the filling in a crescent and baked for dinner. :)

Found this recipe when searching for something to make for a ladies wine night with ingredients I had on hand. They were a big hit. My son snuck a few and loved them, too. He now wants the recipe! I used a can of chicken breast, a whole package of fat free cream cheese, low fat crescent rolls, and a jalapenos from a jar of diced jalapenos. You can't get much easier (or slimmer) than that. This made a little more filling than needed, so served the remainder cold with crackers the next day. It was great as well.

This was a big hit with my whole family, and my husband wants me to make them again tomorrow night. I was looking for something super easy yet delicious, and this recipe did not disappoint! We like very spice food, and 3 tbsp of Hot Jalapeno's added the perfect amount of spice. I also used the whole block of cream cheese (as suggested in a previous review) which turned out wonderfully.

I have made these for years for several occasions. Well the last time I made them was spur of the moment, and I did not have any jalepenos on hand. So I took some pepper jelly, melted it and glazed them when they were done baking...O La La..it had the sweet and the savory taste, that everyone enjoyed. Definately a hit!!

AMAZING!!! A must have in your recipe book. I changed the recipe a bit, I use a whole bar of cream chesse, and 1 1/2 spoon size of the jalapeño to make them more appealing in spiciness for everyone. Cut the pinwheels in 1 inch measurements that way you can better appreciate the chicken in the pin wheels. Enjoy!!!

Very easy to make and very tasty.
I always seem to have an issue with the dough sticking to surfaces so I made mine on parchment paper (you can use waxed too I suppose). After sealing the dough I wrapped the parchment paper around the rolls and threw it in the freezer after attempting to cut the dough (very sticky and not working at all). After freezing they were much easier to cut!!

I love love love this recipe! Every time I've made them they're a huge hit! We always take sour cream to dip.
Helpful tip: I don't use a knife to cut them. I use thread. It works great! Try it!
