I made this for dinner tonight (minus the jack-o-lantern top) and it was delicious. My husband loved it too and said he'd eat it every day! lol. The portions for the filling inside were a bit much for the pie, so I just piled some of the extra on the side when serving. This tasted great with a little side salad of lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado. Worked great for two dinners for a hungry couple and two lunches with the leftovers.
