I served this for a little get-together right before Halloween. Everyone really loved it! I got alot of compliments. I couldn't find any premade taco filling, so I just used a big can of enchilada sauce and a can of cooked chicken. It worked beautifully! I thought that a neat upgrade to this recipe might be to use the Grands cornmeal biscuits-- but I couldn't find those at my store. Maybe they've been discontinued? All in all, this was a great, quick-and-easy impressive maindish.

I made these jack o lantern cups and they were delicious! I just used one jar of mild salsa and left out the peppers, my family doesn''t prefer so much spice. The buiscuit cups worked out perfectly though I was in a slight debacle as I couldn''t really make them as tall as they are in the picture. You have to really stretch the buiscuits to fit over the cups though the result is phenominal. I also subsituted my own chicken breast instead of the packaged pre-made chicken. Like the other reviewers, price counts. My daughter had fun making the jack o lanterns out of cheese and we will most likely make this delecacy again soon. Thanks Pillsbury!

great recipe with multiple ways of prepairing/serving. this was a wonderful tasting dish, and super easy to make. instead of the pre-seasoned chicken i either used the can chicken or cooked up some chicken and cubed it, then i would add a big jar of the ortaga taco sauce(worked out fine). some times i just make the buscuits, cut in half, and serve it almost as a sloppy joe. lastly this works as a great dip with frito chips.

This was quick and easy, but still a fun weeknight meal. My family loved it. I would make the chicken myself next time, instead of the prepackaged ($$).
