Made this for supper the other night as a side dish. I forgot to put the mustard on the bottom. Thought it was a little bland. From some comments, had I remembered the mustard, that would have made the pie so much better. I'll try it again this summer when the fresh zucchini comes in.

Don't put too many onions in it. That was my mistake.

This was my favorite dish that my mom made for me as a kid. I love this dish!! The only change I make is using dijon mustard instead of yellow, it changes the flavor slightly, also, I use less parsley than it calls for.

Loved it. Making it again tonight. Made it with low fat cheese and eggbeaters and added a can of mushrooms. Got to keep the weightwatcher points low!

This was OK. I added grilled chicken which helped a lot. Not my fav but it was OK.

My sister-in-law gave me this recipe over 30 years ago! I use MORE mustard than called for because It really adds flavor to an already awesome dish.

This is a very tasty and easy recipe and a great way to use all the homegrown zucchini. My family loved it. Quick dinner on busy school/work nights.
