Ingredients

: 1 - Pillsbury® Grands!® Flaky Layers Original Refrigerated Biscuits 16.3 oz (8 ct)

1: lb. Mild Ground Italian Sausage

1: 12 oz. package frozen Spicy Fajita Blend (yellow, red, & green peppers with onions & spices)

1/4: cup water

1: 6 oz. package fresh baby spinach

1: 8 oz. package shredded Italian Blend Cheese

Directions

1 Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Roll or stretch biscuits into 7 inch circles. Place on two 14
2 While biscuits are baking, brown sausage in a large frying pan on medium high heat for 5 minutes, or until no longer pink. Drain oil. Add fajita pepper mix and the water. Bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
3 Fill each shell - first the spinach, then ground sausage mixture, and then the cheese on top. Serve immediately.

Made these last night! Were so good then and even today as leftovers. Instead of adding the spinach to the taco, I made a spinach salad with strawberry balsamic vinaigrette.

The shells, ground sausage filling, spinach and cheese can also be placed at the table for guests to put their own biscuit tacos together.
