Italian Fun Bun Sliders

These restaurant-inspired sliders are fun and easy to make! We love them for parties and casual get-togethers.

can (7.5 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated biscuits
tablespoons olive oil
tablespoon dried oregano leaves
frozen fully cooked mini sausage patties (about 2 oz each), partially thawed
small slices mozzarella cheese
sun-dried tomatoes packed in olive oil
  • 1 Brush top of each biscuit with olive oil; sprinkle tops with oregano. Bake as directed on can. Cool. Split biscuits; set aside.
  • 2 In 10-inch skillet, cook sausage patties over medium heat until golden brown on each side. Remove from heat. Top each patty with slice of cheese; let stand until melted.
  • 3 To assemble each slider, top bottom half of biscuit with sausage patty and 1 sun-dried tomato; cover with top half of biscuit.
