In shallow bowl or pie pan, mix beaten eggs, milk and garlic powder until well blended.
Heat 12-inch nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat or to 375°F. Add oil, tilting skillet to spread oil. Dip each slice of bread into egg mixture, turning to coat both sides. Place in hot skillet; sprinkle each slice with 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. Turn bread; sprinkle with cheese. Cook 2 to 3 minutes longer or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
