cups torn assorted lettuce or salad greens

cups fresh broccoli florets

oz. thinly sliced cooked fat-free ham, cut into strips

(15-oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained, rinsed

(14-oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained, quartered

(2 1/4-oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained

cup purchased reduced-calorie Italian salad dressing with 1/3 less fat

oz. (1/4 cup) shredded fresh Parmesan cheese, if desired

Steps

  • 1 In large bowl, combine all ingredients except salad dressing and cheese.
  • 2 Pour salad dressing over salad; toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.
