Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons purchased teriyaki marinade and sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1/2-inch-thick strips

Steps

    Heat grill. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken; mix until smooth. Loosely thread chicken strips onto four 12 to 14-inch metal skewers.

    When ready to grill, place skewers on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Brush chicken with peanut butter mixture. Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center, turning once and brushing with peanut butter mixture.
