Let's see if my math is correct... I take 3 pie crusts and cut out 4 6" circles from each, re-roll scraps to cut another round to have a total of 9 rounds. I didn't graduate from college, but I did complete simple math. Four times three plus one in my math classes equals 13. Next take two pie crusts and cut 4 6" circles from each one and re-roll scraps for nine top crusts. I hope the calendar I received is more accurate than this recipe.
