Ingredients

1: package of Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

2: (8oz) packages of cream cheese

3/4: cup super chunky Jif peanut butter

1/2: cups sugar, plus 3 tablespoons for whipped cream topping

2: large eggs

1: teaspoon salt

1: teaspoon vanilla extract

1: cup heavy whipping cream

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 In a 12 serving muffin tin place 12 muffin tin liners.
3 Divide cookie dough into 12 even chunks, push dough into the bottom of the muffin cups.
4 Bake for 20 minutes. Dough will rise to the top of the muffin cups, but that it supposed to happen.
5 Allow cookie dough to cool completely.
6 In a large bowl mix cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar until combined.
7 Scrape down sides of the bowl. Add one egg at a time then as salt and vanilla.
8 Divide batter into each muffin tin.
9 Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheesecake is set and does not jiggle.
10 Allow to cool. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
11 When ready to serve whip together 3 tablespoons sugar and whipped cream until stiff peaks form.
12 Top each cheesecake with the whipped cream.
