I made the mixed berry pies for my husband and myself. I did change the recipe and used sucralose sweetner instead of sugar. He LOVE it and it was the perfect size since we are trying to lose weight. Thanks for the recipe

I like this recipe because it was easy to make and clean up was minimal. I use two bags of mix berries instead of the separate portion of the berries. I followed the rest of the ingredients. I also use the top of the ramekin as my guide. That was a good tip. I agree that you can use sugar substitutes instead of granulated sugar for less calories and for people with diabetes.

Used only fresh blueberries and it was yummy! Tip: Use top of ramekin to help guide cutting of crust. No measuring needed.

perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, or just some cool whip if you like it a little lighter. i also tried the filling with a few chocolate chips sprinkled throughout, yummy

This recipe rocks! I have made these several times using a variety of berries. They go together in a snap and dessert is done when you are ready. I make them with Equal sugar blend to cut the calories and sprinkle with powered sugar after they cool instead of adding the granulated sugar.

Very good recipe and also easy to change around. You can use canned pie filling of any flavor your family likes and it works just as well. Change the fruit mixture to your personal likes and this works great too.

This a very tasty heatlthy last minute dessert idea that guest love. I always make sure I have pie crust and frozen fruit on hand. Once I tried it without the crust and put merainge on top. Different but tasty.
