Place 1/4 cup of the milk in small saucepan; sprinkle gelatin over milk. Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes to soften.
Place saucepan over low heat; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add sugar; stir until dissolved.
In medium bowl, combine gelatin mixture, remaining 3/4 cup milk and creme de menthe; blend well. If necessary, refrigerate 5 to 10 minutes or until soft-set.
Fold whipped topping into gelatin mixture. Divide mixture evenly into six 6-oz. custard cups or dessert dishes. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time. Just before serving, sprinkle tops with grated white baking bar.
