Heat oven to 375°F. Spray large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. With fingers, press each biscuit into 5-inch round. Place 1 inch apart on sprayed cookie sheet.
Bake at 375°F. for 11 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm biscuit crusts with separate bowls of individually labeled toppings.
