Ingredients

cup ground espresso or French roast coffee
1 1/2
cups water
2
cups vanilla soymilk
2
teaspoons caramel or chocolate fat-free topping
Ice cubes
Sugar, if desired

Directions

  1. 1 Using a drip coffee maker, brew coffee with water as directed by coffee maker manufacturer.
  2. 2 Stir together coffee and soymilk. Drizzle insides of 2 large glasses with topping. Fill glasses with ice cubes as desired. Pour soymilk mixture over ice. Sweeten to taste with sugar.
