Ingredients

cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing

tablespoons finely chopped green onions

(1/2-inch-thick) slices sourdough bread, toasted

(6-oz.) pkg. thinly sliced oven-roasted chicken breast

pear, thinly sliced

oz. (1/4 cup) shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese

teaspoon paprika, if desired

Directions

  1. 1 Broiler Directions: In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and green onions. Spread evenly on toasted bread slices. Layer chicken and pear slices evenly over bread. Place on broiler pan.
  2. 2 Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Sprinkle evenly with cheese; broil an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with paprika.
