cups shredded Swiss cheese (8 oz)

cup Thousand Island dressing
1/2
lb sliced cooked corned beef, coarsely chopped

can (16 oz) sauerkraut, rinsed, well drained

package (3 oz) cream cheese, cubed
Cocktail rye bread slices, toasted, if desired

Directions

  1. 1 In 1 1/2- to 3-quart slow cooker, mix all ingredients except bread.
  2. 2 Cover; cook on Low heat setting 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours.
  3. 3 Stir spread before serving. Serve with toasted bread slices.
