oz. semisweet chocolate, cut into pieces, or 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2/3
cup sugar
Dash salt

(5-oz.) can (2/3 cup) evaporated milk

Directions

  1. 1 Melt chocolate in small saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly. Stir in sugar and salt.
  2. 2 Gradually add evaporated milk, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened and hot, stirring constantly. Serve warm. Store in refrigerator.
