oz. deli cooked turkey slices

slices hearty grain bread, toasted

cup purchased cranberry-orange sauce

teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)

oz. (1 cup) shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Arrange turkey slices on toast.
  2. 2 In small bowl, combine sauce and ground red pepper; spread over turkey. Sprinkle with cheese. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. 3 Bake at 400°F. for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
