cup firmly packed brown sugar

cup butter

cups apple juice

cup dark rum

cup whipping cream, whipped

  • 1 In medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, apple juice and rum. Cook over medium-low heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally.
  • 2 To serve, pour rum mixture into mugs or cups. Top each serving with whipped cream; sprinkle with nutmeg.
