This is a very good recipe. The only thing that I will do different next time in NOT use a light beer. I will get a regular beer. Also what I did I broiled the onion rolls with better for 25 seconds then took out of the oven add the meat and cheese rebroiled 25 seconds. This really melted the cheese perfect on the sandwhich. ENJOY!!

This was ok, the au jus wasn't quite what I was expecting, for all of the ingrediants it just didn't have much flavor. I didn't use onion rolls, just regular hoagie rolls.
