Roseanne679, how can you rate the recipe if you haven't tried it?

I'm a whimp on heat, but I thought these had just the right amount of sweet and spicy. My daughters love spicy and they thought they were great too. Will definitely do these again soon.

We (kids too!) love this. Not too spicy for us, but we do like our hot sauce. Even made a dipping sauce of mayo/garlic/fresh lime juice/sriracha. I love that it is baked not fried, healthier and I don't have to stand over a fry pan!

We made this last night and it was a bit spicy for the kids, but my husband and I loved it!! We had mashed popatoes with it, so the kids dipped the chicken in those and it dulled down the spice, They were fantastic!! Great recipe for a quick and yummy weeknight dinner!

As an afterthought there is also a sweet chili garlic sauce available that would be a great alternative for those who prefer a lot less heat. The name eludes me at the moment but it's also used as a dipping sauce.

Sriracha chili sauce can be found in the international food isle at most major grocery stores or in the condiment isle. It's very yummy but very spicy.

Thank you Luviatar I was wondering if the siriacha sauce would be too hot for the younger kids in the home, I will now tweek the recipe to make two batches...seems like a quick and easy dinner when getting hm a bit late from work. This sounds like it would go great with sweet potatoe fries...

I use sriracha all the time and we like our food VERY hot. If you use 1/4c make sure you like super hot food. Just warning people who have never used it.
