Ingredients

  • 2 (23-oz.) cans sweet potatoes in syrup, drained
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Steps

    Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 12x8-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish. Place sweet potatoes in single layer in baking dish.

    Drizzle sweet potatoes with honey and melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt. Top with pecans.

    Bake at 350°F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Spoon sauce in baking dish over sweet potatoes before serving.
