cup fat-free mayonnaise

cups chopped cooked turkey or chicken breast

cup chopped celery

(6 to 8-inch) pita (pocket) breads

cup slivered almonds, toasted*

Directions

  1. 1 In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, honey and salt; blend well. Add turkey and celery; stir just until combined.
  2. 2 Cut each pita bread in half. Gently separate bread halves to form pockets. Fill bread halves with turkey mixture. Top each sandwich with 1 tablespoon almonds.
