Heat oven to 400°F. In small bowl, combine all glaze ingredients; mix well. Brush corn and chicken with glaze; set corn aside. Arrange chicken in ungreased shallow roasting pan.
Bake chicken at 400°F. for 15 minutes. Add corn to roasting pan; bake an additional 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear, and corn is tender.
