Honey mustard complements the flavor of honey ham in these quick and easy open-face sandwiches.

pumpernickel bagels, split and toasted

teaspoons honey mustard

slices (1 ounce each) fully cooked honey baked ham

thin slices (1/2 ounce each) Swiss cheese
  • 1 Heat oven to 400º.
  • 2 Spread each bagel half with 1 teaspoon mustard. Top each with ham and cheese. Place on cookie sheet.
  • 3 Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
