My favorite thing about this recipe is that it uses things I always already have. So when I need an inexpensive quick meal on the fly, all I have to do is buy the thighs and I can easily scale it up or down for surprise company...but they will still be impressed. See my tip for easy sides.

This is a great marinade for chicken on the grill! It turned out fantastic and I've used it multiple times. I myself used garlic salt and threw in some worchestershire sauce, soy sauce or BBQ sauce or a combo of each!

Our household loved this recipe. I just combined all the ingredients and whisked it well to turn into a marinade. This has become one of our staples when grilling chicken.
