Honey-Cardamom Mixed Nuts

Sweet honey and spicy cardamom come together in a hard-to-resist coating for mixed nuts.

Ingredients

cup honey

tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
3/4
teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2
teaspoon salt
1/2
teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4
teaspoon ground cloves
1/4
teaspoon ground ginger

containers (10 ounces each) deluxe salted mixed nuts without peanuts
  • 1 Heat oven to 275°. Spray jelly roll pan, 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch, with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients except nuts in large bowl. Add nuts; stir to coat.
  • 2 Spread nuts in pan. Bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool in pan, stirring occasionally.
