Ingredients

1/4: cup honey

2: tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

3/4: teaspoon ground cardamom

1/2: teaspoon salt

1/2: teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4: teaspoon ground cloves

1/4: teaspoon ground ginger

2: containers (10 ounces each) deluxe salted mixed nuts without peanuts

Directions

1 Heat oven to 275°. Spray jelly roll pan, 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch, with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients except nuts in large bowl. Add nuts; stir to coat.
2 Spread nuts in pan. Bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool in pan, stirring occasionally.
