This simple breakfast idea features warm, flaky biscuits topped with a trio of fresh, ripe berries. Yum!

Biscuits and Berries

cups fresh blackberries
1 1/2
cups fresh raspberries
1
cup fresh blueberries
1
can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers refrigerated honey butter biscuits (8 biscuits)

Almond Butter-Honey Drizzle

1/4
cup almond butter
1/4
cup honey
2
tablespoons lemon juice

Steps

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F.
  • 2 In large bowl, gently mix berries. In small bowl, beat drizzle ingredients with whisk; set aside.
  • 3 Bake biscuits as directed on can. Cool 4 to 5 minutes or until safe enough to handle. Split each biscuit with fork, and top with 1/2 cup fresh berry mixture. Drizzle with drizzle, and serve.
