This recipe is wonderful. I had everything laid out and asked my husband to put it together in the crock pot (he is not a cook by any means) but he did this. It turned out so moist that the pork loin fell apart when he tried slicing it. So we had it shredded with the sauce over it. I will definitely make this again ( or have hubby make it) LOL it was all gone by lunch the next day.

This recipe is outstanding! My family and I have made it 3 times in the last 3 months. Our friends love it also.

YUMMY:) I used a spicier bbq sauce because aren't big sweet eaters around here and we all loved it! For us a sweet bbq sauce plus the honey and carrots would be too sweet.

Very good! But I will change it up a little next time. I used a sweet BBQ sauce and with the honey it made it a little sweeter than I like. Think it might be tastier with a spicer BBQ sauce! But will make it again!

I made this on New Years Eve!! It was great!!! I used a six pound pork loin so I had to make extra sauce to coat it but it turned out wonderful!!! Needless to say I had no leftovers!

Easy to prepare and was moist and great tasteing. Made my own honey glazed carrots by placingg baby carrots in a bowl and covering with 1/4 honey and occassionally tossing them as I walked by, adding them to the recipe a little later than called for.

Loved this recipe! Tried it with the pork roast and the sirloin roast. Both were delicious. Cooking for the minimum time of 6 hours ensures a moist roast.

We enjoyed this recipe, although ours was way over cooked. I used baby carrots & doubled the sauce. We had enough sauce to use as gravy with mashed potatoes.

My family loved it. I used fresh baby carrots & put them in with the pork and they were perfect. If my daughter & I had been 5 minutes late coming home from CCD, we would have missed out....the boys thought we ate and were going for seconds ! They are asking for it again :)

This recipe was very delicious although the other reviews stated differently!!Always sear your pork on all sides to seal in juices before adding to a crock pot. Also look for a cut that has more visible fat. Dont give up on this recipe.....it got 5 thumbs up fr my family!!Also added mushrooms for a little more robust flavor.......YUM!!!
