Heat gas or charcoal grill. In large dish, place chicken. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper; toss to evenly coat.
Place chicken on grill over medium-high heat. Cover grill; cook 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until juice of chicken is clear when thickest part is cut to bone (at least 165°F).
Meanwhile, in blender, combine Sauce ingredients. Cover; blend until smooth. Set aside.
When chicken is done, remove from grill to serving dish. Pour Sauce over chicken; toss gently to coat.
